You will need to submit this for for EACH pick-up player that is with your team on any given weekend.  It will automatically be submitted to both Jeremy McDowell (Kansas USSSA Fastpitch State Director) and Doug Morrison (Missouri USSSA Fastpitch State Director).  Please be sure to COMPLETELY fill out the information needed below.  All of this information is required to determine the legality of each player.Please contact your state director if you have specific questions, or need to add a player to your permanent roster.

Coaches,  We need all teams to have their permanent roster online at www.usssa.com.  If you need to change any permanent players by adding or removing someone from your roster, please email me and we will take care of this for you. If you are planning to use guest players, you MUST use the guest player form and fill this out. We also need you to be aware of the guest playing rules and follow these rules that are in place. All pick-up player forms MUST to be submitted by 9pm Thursday. B
