Rockers/Rattlers Girls Fastpitch Tournaments

The Columbia Rockers/Rattlers teams host several tournaments each year in Columbia, Missouri at Rainbow and Antimi fields.  If your team is interested to play in one of our tournaments, please feel free to contact us.

Tournament schedules will be finalized Tuesday prior to the tournament and posted on this website by Wednesday noon.

Teams must be sanctioned with USSSA.

There is NO admission charged to parents at any of our tournaments.

April 9 – Columbia Kickoff 1-Day – 14u, 16u, 18u

April 22 – April Classic 1-Day – 8u
April 22-23 – April Classic 2-Day – 10u, 12u, 14u, 16u, 18u
April 23 – April Classic 1-Day – 14u, 16u, 18u

May 6 – May Madness 1-Day – 8u
May 6 & 7 – May Madness 2-Day – 10u, 12u, 14u, 16u, 18u
May 7 – May Madness 1-Day – 14u, 16u, 18u

May 20 – Spirit Classic 1-Day – 8u
May 20-21 – Spirit Classic 2-Day – 10u, 12u, 14u, 16u, 18u
May 21 – Spirit Classic 1-Day – 14u, 16u, 18u

June 3-4- Columbia Challenge 2-Day – 8u, 10u, 12u, 14u, 16u, 18u

June 24-26 – Show Me Shootout 2-Day – 8u, 10u, 12u, 14u, 16u, 18u

July 1-2 – USSSA Mid-STATE – 8u, 10u, 12u, 14u, 16u, 18u
(This is a USSSA STATE level event required for teams that go to USSSA World Series).

PAYMENT AND ENTRY POLICY

Our standard deadline is 8 pm on Sunday, the week of the tournament.
Entry Fees are Due and must be received before we will draft your team into the schedule.
Any late sign ups or payments will be assessed a $25 LATE FEE.

We have refined our payment process.  We request that teams be paid prior to the tournament being drawn. We will still accept your entry into tournaments, and will consider your spot being reserved, but will not be able to schedule your team into the tournament without your team being paid.   Teams may pay by check, however it will need to be received prior to the schedule being drawn.

We will accept online payments via the USSSA.com credit card system.

REFUND POLICY

All Refunds will have a service charge of $15.00.

Drop from the Tournament 7 days before the schedule is posted – Full Refund
Drop 6 days before tourney or up until the schedule is posted – Half refunded
Drop after schedule is posted – No refund

Sometimes, mother nature forces to call off a tournament before its’ completion.
If that happens, here is our policy for refunds:

Please note that all refunds will be charged a $15 service charge.
3 game format –

No games played 100% (minus $15 service charge)
1 game played 50%
2 games played no refund

 

4 game format –

No games played 100%
1 game played 70%
2 games played 40%
3 games played no refund

 

Tourney started and fixed costs incurred, but no games played.

Tournament cancelled before the start date; 95% refund.
As we have done in the past, we will try to refund more than stated if circumstances allow.

Refunds may take up to two weeks or may be applied to another tournament.
